The following privacy policies and data security measures are for individuals or partners participating in a healthcare research project supported by Attlas AI Inc. 

Information will be used for research
Information about background, health, behaviors, referrals, and other factors that might help researchers enhance the quality of healthcare systems will be collected, as needed, for the research study or studies to be joined. This information will be used in research analyses, and the results of these analyses will be used to enhance the healthcare experience. The results of the research could be integrated with the products and services offered by the company. Each study joined will have a specific description of the types of information the study will collect and how the information will be used. A choice can be made on whether to agree or decline to participate in each study based on the details of the informed consent.

Identities will not be collected

We will never collect or store any Personal Health Information (PHI); all the records used in the research will be de-identified. 

Information will not be shared
We will never sell, rent, or lease the de-identified information, or voluntarily share it for any reason without permission. 

We keep information extremely secure
While we cannot provide an absolute information security guarantee, information will be transmitted and stored using state-of-the-art security systems similar to those that protect websites used by banks and electronic health record systems. Specifically, our platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a cloud-based server system and computing services. These systems and services are compliant with the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). All research information is stored behind a secure firewall, guarded by intrusion detection software, and encrypted at rest and in transit in our Amazon Virtual Private Cloud.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated and notify users by email.
